I encourage reading this inversion table review if you are considering purchasing one. I am in no way affiliated with this product, I am however a happy consumer.
The unit that I have is called the Stamina Inversion System, which I purchased from QVC. I believe I paid around 0 several years ago for the unit. One of the questions I had before buying it was of course, does it really work? I suffer from back pain as so many of us do. Over the years I have purchased loads of contraptions in hopes that they would help elevate my back pain, only to find out that they really didn't work as advertised. I was a bit skeptical but went for it anyways, and I am glad that I did.
When I first received my table I had very high expectations and quite frankly was a bit disappointed after first using it. I guess my expectations were a little high but I continued to invert and over time my back pain has gotten better. I guess my main reason for doing an inversion table review is to let you know that you may need to be patient. On the other hand you may be lucky and find great relief after your first use. I hope that is the case.
I now invert three or four times a day for around three to four minutes each time. I think that if my ankles didn't start hurting after around the three-minute mark, I could last a lot longer. I'm thinking of wearing boots to fix that problem. All in all I would highly recommend this product. I hope this brief Inversion table review has been of help to you.
